My Way Honey Hot Wings... easy for sure!
Ingredients:
10 -15 chicken wing parts
flour.. enough to dredge the wings (maybe 1 cup)
salt & pepper to taste
(quick way: use pre-breaded and cooked chicken wings from the store, thawed)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup bbq sauce (i use cattlemans)
1/2 cup hot sauce (i use hot hot sauce) we like um hot... your choice.
blue cheese dip.. optional
Directions:
1. Deep fry chicken wings for about 10 min. Drain.
2. Mix honey, BBQ sauce and Hot sauce together in a bowl.
3. Use tin foil to line a 9x12 (or close to it) pan.
4. Dip fried chicken wings into Honey/sauce mixture one piece at a time and place into the Tin foiled pan. After all the pieces are dipped pour remaining sauce over the wings.
5. Top the pan of wings with more tin foil..
6. Place in hot oven 350* for at least 30 min.
7. For the Quick Version, use pre-cooked frozen wings (defrost before dipping in sauce and baking.)
8. That's it.... messy little buggers... finger licken good...
