Hot Water Pie Crust

Use as you would any other pie crust.
Ingredients:
3 ounces margarine
4 ounces water
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg yolk
Directions:
1. Heat margarine and water till margarine melts; quickly bring to a boil.
2. Place flour salt and egg yolk in a food processor. Start food processor and pour hot liquid in through the chute. Mix till a dough forms using knife blade.
3. Place dough on a floured board or cloth and knead till smooth.
4. Place in plastic bag and let rest 30 minutes.
5. Use as needed.
