Hot Turkey Supper Salad for 2

Ingredients:
1 cup cut up cooked turkey
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup crouton
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup diced roasted almonds
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup croutons or 1/2 cup crushed potato chip
Directions:
1.
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2.
Mix all ingredients except cheese and 1/2 cup croutons.
3.
Divide between 2 ungreased 1 1/2 cup casseroles.
4.
Sprinkle cheese and 1/2 cup croutons on tops.
5.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
