Hot Spinach and Atrichoke Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a large saute pan and cook onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Add spinach and jalapenos to saute pan, cook until spinach is soft.
  3. Add all cheeses, alfredo sauce, and artichoke pieces heat until all cheeses are melted.
  4. You can serve at this point or place the dip in the oven until the top has a nice golden brown color.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips that you warm in the oven while cooking dip.
