A great appetizer, or even a snack!
Ingredients:
hot sausage hors d'oeuvres
1 pound of ground chuck
1 pound of italian sausage
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
1 pound of processed cheese spread
(velveeta)
2 loaves party rye bread
brown and drain ground chuck and italian sausage, add spices. cube cheese and stir into meat until melted. spread approximately 1 tablespoon of mixture on each piece of bread. place single layer of cookie sheet. cover with foil. bake at 350ºf. for 15 minutes. serve hot.
