This beautiful ruby-red drink is perfect as a warm, sweet juice treat for the kids, or as a delicious non-alcoholic Valentine's drink for you and your honey! I don't add sugar, as I think it's sweet enough, but you could if you wish, or add more water if it's too sweet. Also, use unsweetened juices to make it good for you!
Ingredients:
2 cups apple cider or 2 cups apple juice
2 cups frozen apple-raspberry juice concentrate
2 cups water
2 cinnamon sticks
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil briefly, then simmer for about 30 to 35 minutes.
2. Remove cinnamon sticks, and serve warm.
