Ingredients:
12 hot peppers
1 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
olive oil
1 teaspoon(s) sugar
1 tablespoon(s) white balsamic vinegar
Directions:
1. slice tops off peppers and remover pith and some seeds. Toss with olive oil and roast at 425 for 15 minutes. Cool. In food processor chunk peppers add salt sugar and vinegar and olive oil to make a chunky paste.
2. Use to add heat to any dish or as a side for hamburgers and hot dogs
