oldy but goody from Mccalls, 1973 Recipe was designed to go with roasted or grilled meat like pork and duck or even fish.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 tbs grainy style mustard
1, 1 lb can sliced peaches well drained
1, 13 oz can pineapple chunks well drained
2 large medium ripe bananas sliced in 1 inch pieces
Directions:
1. Combine butter, sugar and mustard.
2. Reserve 1/4 cup for topping
3. In a shallow bowl combine fruits and remaing sugar mixture
4. Toss to combine
5. Tope with reserved sugar mustard mixture
6. Bake in a preheated 325F oven uncovered about 40 minutes
7. Serve warm with grilled or roasted meat , fish or poultry
