Hot Mushroom Dip

This dip can be made ahead and reheated just before serving
Ingredients:
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions:
1. In a frying pan, cook onion and mushrooms in butter until tender.
2. Add cream cheese and cook over medium-low heat stirring frequently until melted.
3. Turn off heat and stir in sour cream and bacon.
4. Place in serving dish and serve immediately with crackers
