Ingredients:
3/4 cup evaporated fat-free milk |
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions |
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 large egg white |
1 1/2 cups uncooked ziti (short tube-shaped pasta) |
cooking spray |
3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded monterey jack cheese with jalapeño peppers |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°. 2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside. 3. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain well. 4. Place pasta in an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture over pasta. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 20 to 23 minutes or until set. Cut into fourths. Serve immediately. |
