A wonderful sauce to go with Fudge Brownie Pie. Just add a scoop of ice cream. Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar |
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa |
2/3 cup evaporated milk |
1/3 cup light corn syrup |
1/3 cup butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. In a medium sauce pan, combine sugar and cocoa, stir in evaporated milk and corn syrup.
2. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils.
3. Let boil for 1 minute; remove from heat.
4. Add butter and vanilla, stir until butter is melted.
5. Serve warm.
