Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Stir over medium heat until it boils.
  3. Boil slowly for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove the saucepan to a hot pad.
  5. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
  6. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
