Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can pineapple, sliced, drained
1 (15 ounce) can pears, drained
1 (15 ounce) can peaches, cling, drained
1 (15 ounce) can apple rings, drained
1/4 lb butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup sherry wine (or fruit juices)
Directions:
1. Put fruit in a long casserole. In saucepan heat remaining ingredients, until thickened. Pour over fruit and let satnd overnight. Heat in a 350 degree oven. Keeps well for several days.
