Ingredients:
14 oz. artichoke hearts-chopped
1 c. mayo
1 garlic clove, large, minced
2 oz. pimentos-chopped
8 oz. feta cheese-crumbled
Directions:
1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS
2. PUT IN 1 QUART CASSEROLE
3. BAKE AT 350 FOR 30-40 MINUTES, OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
4. EAT WITH CHIPS, CRACKERS OR CRUSTY BREAD
