A nice dish to serve for brunch or serve with an entree of pork
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
1 (29 ounce) can of pears, drained
1 ( 20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (30 ounce) can apricot halves, drained
1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
1 (8 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained
2 bananas, sliced
Directions:
1. Combine butter, sugar and curry powder; heat stirring until well blended. Combine fruit in a shallow 2-quart casserole; add sauce.
2. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour.
