Here's an easy, delicious way to whip up a great dip for chips, to put on sandwiches, tons of ways to spice up recipes. I even put some on the top of my chili! It's smooth and creamy and it's a keeper at my house! Source: RazzleDazzle
Ingredients:
5 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup picante sauce (can use salsa)
1 (7 ounce) can green chilies, chopped and drained
1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 dash hot pepper sauce, can use more (i like krystal's)
1 teaspoon chili powder

2. Add cream cheese and sour cream in your blender. Mix together until smooth.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Taste to adjust seasonings if necessary.
