Hot Chicken Sandwiches

My mother had gotten this recipe from a friend at work. It is supposed to be a dip for chips.
Ingredients:
2 (4 1/2 ounce) cans white chicken meat packed in water
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
1 (2 cup) bag cheddar cheese
8 -10 hamburger buns
aluminum foil
Directions:
1. In a crock pot, dump salsa, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese (cubed so it will blend easier), and both cans of chicken (water drained).
2. Stir regularly, until melted and smooth.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F.
4. Spoon hot chicken into buns and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake for 5 minutes.
