Hot Chicken Salad

This recipe is good cold too. Several ladies made this for a church luncheon and it was a big hit.
Ingredients:
4 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried onion
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup sliced almonds
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except cheese and almonds; mix well.
2. Spoon into lightly greased 9x13 pan.
3. Cover and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
4. Sprinkle cheese over casserole.
5. Top with almonds.
6. Bake, uncovered an additional 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
7. Enjoy!
