Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken breasts, cut in chunks
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1/2 cup sliced water chestnut
3 tablespoons minced onions
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup pecans
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 can sliced mushroom
1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except soup.
2. Place in a 2 quart dish.
3. Pour undiluted soup over top without mixing.
4. Bake at 300* for 30 minutes.
5. During the last 15 minutes of bake time, top with your favorite crunchy top.
6. Example: crushed potato chips or crushed ritz crackers.
7. Or top with grated cheese.
