Connie's recipe from family collection.
Ingredients:
2 cups chicken, cooked and cut up
1 cup rice, cooked
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
1 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup almonds, sliced
3/4 cup miracle whip
1 cup breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. Mix first 8 ingredients together. Place mixture in casserole dish and cover with bread crumbs.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
3. Double recipe to fit a 9x13 pan.
