Hot Chicken Salad

A nice potluck dish. I serve with rice and a salad.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts
1 stewed whole chicken (meat only)
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons margarine
1 98% fat free condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. Saute onions and celery in margarine.
2. Add all ingredients except breadcrumbs.
3. Place in a casserole.
4. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
5. Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes.
