This is a dish I got hooked on several years ago. Hope I thanked the person who gave it to me because it really is a winner! Put this dish on your must make list.....Enjoy!!!
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cooked white rice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Mix together all but corn flake crumbs and butter.
3. Place in buttered casserole dish.
4. Mix corn flake crumbs with butter and sprinkle over top Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F for 35 mins.
