Hot Chicken Dip!

A great dip for parties and get-togethers!
Ingredients:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 ounce) can white chicken meat
1 (20 ounce) can diced mushrooms, drained
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (2 3/4 ounce) package slivered almonds
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a 1 quart saucepan or fondue pot.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, till blended thoroughly.
3. Serve warm with chips.
