Ingredients:
4 piece(s) boneless skinless chicken breasts
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon(s) paprika
1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
drizzle extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon(s) butter
1/2 cup(s) hot pepper sauce
lettuce
rolls
Directions:
1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with a little extra virgin olive oil to coat. Pan grill chicken breasts 5 minutes on each side.
2. Melt butter. Add hot sauce to the butter and combine. When chicken is done, remove from pan and add to bowl and coat evenly. Place chicken on buns, add lettuce and serve.
