A perfect dip for the upcoming game. Taco seasoning and hot pepper sauce give it a kick. The mixture of cheeses, refried beans make it creamy. A dip everyone will enjoy.
Ingredients:
2 (16 oz) cans of refried beans
1 (8 oz) package softened cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 (8 oz) package of shredded monterey jack cheese
1 (8 oz) package of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 (1 oz) pkg of taco seasoning mix
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 tbsp dried parsley
5 drops hot pepper sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Blend the cream cheese and sour cream in a medium sized bowl. Stir in the refried beans, taco seasoning, green onions, parsley, hot pepper sauce, 1/2 of the Cheddar, and 1/2 of the Monterey Jack cheese. Place the mixture into an 8x12 inch baking dish. Top with left over Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
2. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until cheese is slightly browned.
