From my Celebrate Minnesota Cookbook published in 1990. Serve with taco or nacho chips.
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef, cooked and drained
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and mashed
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 onion, chopped
3/4 cup ketchup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients and top with cheese.
2. Bake in a casserole for 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
