Hot Baked Potato Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Heat oil in skillet; cook potatoes until lightly browned.
  3. Combine with 1 1/2 cups of the cheese, mayo, mustard and bacon.
  4. Spread in 9x13, top with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
