Ingredients:
2 (14-ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 cups grated fresh parmesan cheese
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
dash of lemon juice
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Spoon into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole or soufflé dish. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.
