This is a great dip for the Holidays... it will wow your Guests....
Ingredients:
1 can artichoke hearts, drained (14 oz)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
dash of salt
1 to 2 jalapenos, seeded
3 dashes of your favorite hot sauce
juice of 1/4 lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
1. In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients.
2. Pulse a couple times until all is chopped..
3. Serve with assorted veggies, chips, or crackers.
