This recipe came with my Double Dipper Crockpot unit.
Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon pimiento, diced
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in the Double Dipper unit.
2. Cover and heat 30 to 60 minutes or until hot.
3. Serve with tortilla chips.
