Similar to popular crab & artichoke dips without the expense. You'll never miss the crab! And your vegetarian friends will love you!
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise (not miracle whip)
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 (8 1/2 ounce) can artichoke hearts (not marinated, coarsely chopped)
1 (7 ounce) can chopped green chilies
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients and place in a shallow baking dish (An oblong au gratin-type dish makes a pretty presentation).
3. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
4. Serve with tortilla chips or toast points.
