Hot and Sweet Walnut Mustard

Ingredients:
3/4 cup mustard, dijon style
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons boiling water
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons applesauce
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. In small bowl combine mustard, sugar, and salt.
2. Add water; stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in honey and vinegar, and then add applesauce.
3. Mix-in walnuts to blend thoroughly. Store covered in refrigerator.
