This is a great, easy way to get your veggies and enjoy something delish.
Ingredients:
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
kosher salt
Directions:
1. Slice bell peppers.
2. Heat oil in skillet or wok. Add all peppers (sliced and chopped) and kosher salt to oil and saute until tender-crisp.
