Delicious Low Calorie Meal
Ingredients:
1/2 cup smart ground
6 cups low fat chicken broth
2 cups shredded bamboo shoots
3 oz shitake mushrooms
4 green onions, chopped
1 block tofu, sliced in 1 in sticks
1/2 cup baby corn
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp white wine
3 tbsp vinegar
4 cups fresh spinach
2 tbsp chopped shallots
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp lemongrass
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
Directions:
1. In a wok, saute ginger, garlic, lemongrass and mushrooms in olive oil.
2. Add smart ground, and add the remaining ingredients. Heat to serve.
3. Ladle in bowls, drizzle with sesame oil.
