Hot And Sour Soup

Ingredients:
1 1/2 liters maggi chicken stock
20 g chicken, minced
20 g prawns
3 green chilies, shredded
1 inch ginger, shredded
10 g leeks, shredded
2 dried chinese mushrooms, shredded
10 g bean sprouts, shredded
1/2 teaspoon chinese salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoons cornflour (dissolved in water)
2 egg whites, beaten
Directions:
1. Heat the stock in a pot.
2. Add the chicken, prawns and vegetables into the stock as it's boiling.
3. Add the seasonings and ajinomoto.
4. Add cornflour and egg whites (beaten).
5. Stir well until thickened.
6. Serve hot.
