Ingredients:
1/4 lb unsalted butter
2 tablespoons freshly grated horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Cream the butter with an electric mixer at med speed until light and fluffy.
2. Beat in the grated horseradish and salt.
3. Put into a small serving dish and chill until ready to serve.
