Ingredients:
8 fluid ounces ice-cold milk
1 ripe medium banana, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup instant malted milk powder, such as horlicks or ovaltine
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 ice cubes, crushed
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth and frothy.
2. Serve immediately.
