Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Wash and peel potatoes.
  3. Cut into large, thick french fry wedges.
  4. Line a 9x13 baking pan with foil.
  5. Pour the oil in the pan.
  6. Put the potato wedges in the pan and toss them in the oil (use your hands).
  7. Shake the pan to distribute the potatoes evenly.
  8. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes, or until fries are the golden brown color you prefer.
