This is one of those recipes that is great for a quick easy fall dinner. I plan on taking mine to tailgating parties this fall!
Ingredients:
3 lbs ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
2 teaspoons chili peppers
2 teaspoons celery salt
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
14 ounces ketchup
7 ounces water
1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions:
1. Brown beef in large skillet.
2. Add onion, salt, pepper, chili pepper, celery salt and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Drain beef mixture.
4. Transfer beef mixture to crock pot.
5. In large bowl combine ketchup, water and brown sugar.
6. Pour over beef mixture.
7. Allow to warm in crock pot on lowest setting.
8. Serve on buns.
