Hong Kong Style Pizza

This is an easy to make tasty, healthy and unique alternative to pizza.
Ingredients:
1 ball frozen bread dough
2 cups chicken
2 large shallots
1 clove garlic
1 green pepper
4 table spoons ginger and sesame sauce
sesame oil to drizzle
1/2 cup finely sliced mushrooms, i use shiitake but whatever you lile wil work
Directions:
1. do yourself a favor, make it easy, get some frozen pizza dough at the supermarket. thaw, divide one ball into two parts and roll out to 12 rounds, let rise 20 minutes
2. meanwhile, marinate shredded cooked chicken in a good, commercial sesame ginger sauce
3. preheat over to 425, I use a pizza stone but a pan will do fine
4. saute finely sliced green pepper, shallots, garlic and mushrooms in olive oil
5. divide ingredients in two and top the pizza dough
6. drizzle with sesame oil
7. bake 20 minutes
