Ingredients:
8 ounces shrimp
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon crushed ginger
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 green chilies, crushed (optional)
1 lemon, zest of
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and marinate shrimp for 2 hours.
2. Oil BBQ plate/rack.
3. Cook shrimp on oiled BBQ for 10-12 minutes or until done.
