Tip: Buy presliced cabbage in bags, or use the slicing disk of a food processor.
Ingredients:
3 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
2 cups chopped granny smith apple
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon coarse-grained mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Add to cabbage mixture, tossing to coat. Cover and chill.
