A delicious Mexican fruit drink, that could easily work with any type of melon.
Ingredients:
1 very ripe honeydew melon, 2 pounds (or more)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (to taste)
1/4 cup sugar (to taste)
2 cups water
Directions:
1. Cut the honeydew in half and scoop the flesh, seeds and liquid into a blender.
2. Add a couple tablespoons each of the lime juice and sugar, along with the 2 cups. water.
3. Blend until very smooth, adding a little more water if necessary.
4. Add more lime juice and sugar to your taste now.
5. Serve immediately over ice, or refrigerate up to a couple hours before serving.
