Yummy! Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 cups zucchini, shredded |
1 cup honey |
1/2 cup canola oil |
2 eggs, slightly beaten |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 2. Add zucchini, honey, oil, and eggs. 3. Stir to moisten. 4. Pour into two greased loaf pans. 5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-60 minutes until toothpick come out clean. 6. Bake muffins in paper liners at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. |
