Honey Tsikoudia Syrup - Greek Honey and Grape Syrup

Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup grappa (tsikoudia)
Directions:
1. Place all ingredient ins a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce the heat to maintain a brisk summer without boiling over and cook until thickened, about 5 to 6 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat and cool to room temperature.
