Honey Spiced Muffins

I found a yummy recipe and fiddled about with it. These muffins are NOT sweet, because I can't stand sweet stuff, after all.. :P
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups self-raising flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup margarine or 1/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius. Grease the bottom only of 12 muffin tins, or line with foil/paper cups.
2. In a large bowl, sift dry ingredients together.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients until thoroughly combined.
4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
5. Divide batter into 12 muffin tins and bake for 17 minutes.
