Honey Soy Stir-Fry

This is a fast and easy stir-fry that is big on flavor,but not time consuming its ready in no time.
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless pork shoulder, cut in strips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 red onion, sliced
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
1/2 lb fresh asparagus, cut in 2 in pieces
1 1/2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 -2 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons cornstarch
Directions:
1. Cook pork over medium heat in hot oil until just browned.
2. Stir in onion garlic and ginger,cook until tender crisp.
3. Stir in pineapple till heated through.
4. Combine soy sauce water honey and cornstarch in a bowl.
5. Pour in skillet and cook until sauce thickens.
6. Serve with hot cooked rice of your choice.
