This is delicious and use manuka honey, if you have it, as it is known to be very healthful.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
3 teaspoons honey
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dried mustard
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients very well and use for salads.
