Honey Raisin Bran Muffins

This recipe can easily be made healthier without affecting the wonderful moist texture. I substitute the butter with 2/3 cup oil and I find that by using vanilla yogurt the muffins are sweet enough even without the brown sugar.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups natural bran
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups raisins
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup butter
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup buttermilk (or normal milk with 1 tsp lemon juice)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 eggs
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400
2. Mix the first 7 ingredients together in a large bowl
3. In another bowl cream the brown sugar, honey, and butter with a spoon
4. Add yogurt, buttermilk, vanilla extract, and eggs to the brown sugar mixture
5. Add the wet ingredients into the dry and mix just until moist Turn the oven down to 350 Cook the muffins (18 small or 12 large) for 18-22 minutes.(If they are cooked too long they will be dry).
