Honey-Pecan Finger Pies

You won't be sorry if you use a little of your pecan stash to make these! I got this recipe out of Southern Living magazine.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup honey
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup pecans
Directions:
1. Combine 1 1/4 cups flour and 1/3 cup sugar in a bowl; cut 1/2 cup butter into flour mixture with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
2. Press firmly and evenly into an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
3. Bake at 375* for 10 to 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
4. Combine 2/3 cup sugar and remaining ingredients; pour over prepared crust.
5. Bake at 375* for 20 to 25 minutes, shielding with foil the last 5 minutes, if necessary.
6. Cool on a wire rack.
7. Cut into 1 1/2-x1-inch bars.
8. Yield: 4 1/2 dozen.
